Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of
delivery.
Eligible Returns
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all components and documentation
- Free from signs of modification, contamination, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom-cut cable, custom kits, or special-order parts
- Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or
modification
How to Return
Contact contact@connection-supply.com before sending anything
back, with your order number and the reason for the return. We
will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization
(RMA) and the correct return address — which may be in the United
States or in Brazil, depending on where the item was originally
fulfilled from.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defect on arrival,
damage in transit): we cover return shipping.
- Returns due to buyer remorse or change of mind: the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable
shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in
return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
by email of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10
business days after approval.
- Currency note: Connection Supply prices are displayed in USD or
EUR depending on your region. Final transactions may be
processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) by our payment processor. As
a result, the refund amount in your local currency may differ
slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate movement
between the purchase date and the refund date. Connection Supply
is not responsible for currency conversion variation, conversion
fees, or interest charged by your card issuer.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return
is due to our error.
Defective Products
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from the date of
delivery. Contact us with photos and a description; if the defect
is confirmed we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund
at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship at no cost. Once shipped,
the cancellation request is treated as a return under this policy.
Exchanges
We replace items only when the wrong item was shipped, the item
arrived damaged, or there was a fulfillment error on our part.
