1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Connection Supply 
website (connection-supply.com) and any orders you place through 
it.

Connection Supply is a brand operated by Conexões Elétricas do 
Brasil, headquartered at 4000 Estrada do Conde, Eldorado do Sul, 
RS 92990-000, Brazil. References to "Connection Supply", "we", 
"us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Conexões Elétricas do 
Brasil.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this 
website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted 
these Terms.

2. Products

Connection Supply sells electrical connectors, terminals, 
contacts, kits, tools, and related accessories. We are an 
independent distributor and do not manufacture the products we 
sell.

2.1 Technical specifications shown on each product page are 
provided as a reference. It is the customer's responsibility to 
confirm that a product is suitable for their specific application 
before purchase.

2.2 We do not provide installation, design, or on-site technical 
service. Sales include products only.

2.3 Product images accurately represent the items shipped. Minor 
visual variation due to lighting, screen calibration, or 
manufacturer batch updates does not constitute a defect.

2.4 Trademarks. Brand names such as TE Connectivity, Deutsch, 
Amphenol, and any other manufacturer brand referenced on this 
website are the property of their respective owners. Connection 
Supply is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by these 
manufacturers. Brand and part-number references are used solely to 
identify the products we offer.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully 
processed.

3.2 Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may 
include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, 
and PayPal, subject to availability and your billing region.

3.3 Pricing and currency. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) 
for United States customers and in Euros (EUR) for European Union 
customers. Final settlement may be processed in Brazilian Reais 
(BRL) by our payment processor. Your card issuer may apply 
currency conversion fees and exchange rate spreads outside our 
control. Connection Supply is not liable for these third-party 
fees.

3.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional 
pricing applies only during stated periods.

3.5 If a pricing or stock error is detected after order 
confirmation, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order 
at no cost.

3.6 Connection Supply does not store full credit card information. 
Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

4. Shipping

4.1 We ship to destinations in the United States and the European 
Union, sourced either from our US fulfillment partner or from our 
Brazil operations center.

4.2 Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are 
calculated and displayed at checkout. Detailed timeframes are 
available in our Shipping Policy.

4.3 For shipments from our Brazil operations center to 
international destinations, import duties, VAT, customs fees, or 
any other charges levied by the destination country are the 
customer's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at 
checkout.

4.4 Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not 
guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs holds, weather events, and 
force majeure circumstances may extend delivery times.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

5.1 Customers may return eligible products within 30 calendar days 
of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund 
Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5.2 Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from the date of 
delivery. We will, at our discretion, offer replacement, repair, 
or full refund for confirmed defective items.

5.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, 
improper installation, exposure to conditions outside the 
product's specifications, electrical surges, or unauthorized 
modification.

5.4 Returns require prior written authorization (RMA). Returns 
sent without authorization may not be accepted.

6. Customer Account and Information

6.1 To place orders, customers may need to provide name, contact 
information, billing address, and shipping address. The customer 
is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

6.2 Connection Supply may refuse or cancel any order showing signs 
of fraud, identity misuse, or abuse of the platform.

7. Proper Use of Products

7.1 Electrical products sold on this website are intended for use 
by qualified professionals or under qualified supervision. 
Connection Supply is not liable for personal injury, property 
damage, equipment failure, fire, or electrical accident arising 
from improper installation, misuse, use outside specifications, or 
installation by unqualified persons.

7.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring product compliance 
with the technical, electrical, and safety standards applicable in 
their jurisdiction.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Connection Supply collects only the personal data necessary to 
process orders, deliver products, communicate with customers, and 
comply with legal obligations.

8.2 We do not sell or rent customer personal data.

8.3 Customers in the European Union have rights under the General 
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers in California have 
rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Other 
applicable state and national privacy laws are honored.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The Connection Supply website design, logo, original written 
content, original photography, and database structure are the 
property of Conexões Elétricas do Brasil and may not be 
reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written 
authorization.

9.2 Brand names, logos, part numbers, and trademarks referenced on 
this site that belong to third parties (including but not limited 
to TE Connectivity, Deutsch, and Amphenol) remain the exclusive 
property of their respective owners and are used here solely for 
product identification.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connection 
Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, 
consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss 
of data, or business interruption.

10.2 Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from a 
transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer 
for the product or order in question.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory 
rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, 
including consumer protection rights.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to:
- Submit false or fraudulent information
- Place orders without intent to pay
- Resell products in violation of applicable export controls or 
  local regulation
- Engage in activity that may damage the website, other customers, 
  or third parties
- Violate any applicable law or regulation

12. Modifications

Connection Supply may update these Terms at any time. Updated 
Terms take effect when posted on this website. Orders placed 
before an update are governed by the version in effect at the time 
of order. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes 
acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, except where 
mandatory consumer protection law in the customer's country of 
residence requires otherwise.

13.2 For US customers, applicable US consumer protection law 
applies. For EU customers, EU Directive 2011/83/EU and national 
consumer protection law apply, including the right of withdrawal.

13.3 Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction shall 
first be addressed through direct communication with our customer 
support. Where mandatory law allows, customers retain the right to 
pursue resolution through courts in their country of residence.

14. General Provisions

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or 
unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14.2 Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right 
to enforce it later.
